Lex Bos

Alexander Hector Bos or Lex Bos was a Dutch social scientist and organizational developer. He was born in Janeber, Java, in 1925 and died in Zeist (Netherlands) in 2005). After studying sociology in Amsterdam and working for eight years in a consultancy firm for business efficiency/rationalization, he joined the NPI (Netherlands Pedagogical Institute), founded by Bernard Lievegoed, and worked there as a management consultant for 33 years until his retirement. After his retirement, he continued to work at and for the institute. Bos was a co-founder of Triodos Bank in Zeist.
